CNC Operator - Khazar Fabrication

Work location: Salyan Highway, 25 Work schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days per week). This position is open to citizens of Azerbaijan due to local hiring regulations. A CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to manufacture precision parts in accordance with engineering drawings and quality standards. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Load raw materials and tools into CNC machines. Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet dimensional and quality requirements. Perform routine machine adjustments and tool changes. Inspect finished components using measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Record production data and report any deviations or machine malfunctions. Perform basic preventive maintenance and keep machines clean and in good working condition. Ensure materials and finished products are correctly identified and stored. Follow production schedules to meet delivery deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Comply with all Company policies and procedures. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating CNC machinery. Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments. Knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, and machine setup. Basic computer skills. Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Intermediate English language proficiency is preferred.
