Job responsibilities Develop and lead the Group-wide HR strategy in alignment with Landau Education Group’s strategic goals and business objectives; Provide strategic HR leadership across all companies within the Group, ensuring alignment and consistency of HR practices; Develop and implement Group-wide HR policies, frameworks, and processes while considering the specific needs of each business entity; Act as a strategic partner to Group leadership and company heads on organizational development, workforce strategy, talent management, and people-related matters; Lead and develop the Group HR team, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality HR service delivery across all companies; Monitor Group-wide HR KPIs, analytics, and workforce metrics to support data-driven decision-making; Establish and oversee the Group’s overall HR operating model, governance, policies, processes, and standards while considering the specific operational needs of each business entity; Identify opportunities to harmonize and optimize HR processes across the group while considering the specific needs of each business entity. Provide strategic oversight of HR budgets, resources, systems, and technology to ensure the efficiency and scalability of the HR function. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; 10+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years leading the HR function; Strong experience in HR strategy, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Employee Relations; Proven leadership and people management skills; Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills; Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices; Fluent in Azerbaijani and English; Experience in the education sector is considered an advantage; CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
