Description: Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues; Installation and configuration of peripherals equipment (printer, scanner, phones); Provide end-user support; Install, configure and upgrade PC software and operating systems (laptop, tablet); Working with web-services. Requirements: Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science; Microsoft/Cisco Certification is an advantage; Proven working experience in providing help desk support; Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP); Experience with IP telephony; Basic knowledge in administration of Microsoft OS Family; Communication skills; Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills; Responsibility and punctuality skills.
