Conditions Location: Baku city, Heydar Aliyev Avenue, Chinar Plaza, 9th floor Salary: 3500 – 4000 AZN (net) Work schedule: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our AI and Data Center solutions. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and closing large-scale infrastructure and AI compute deals. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in AI, HPC, and Data Center services Build and manage relationships with enterprise, government, and hyperscale clients Engage directly with C-level executives (CEO, CIO, CTO) Lead the full sales cycle: from prospecting to deal closure Prepare commercial proposals and participate in tender processes Collaborate with presales and engineering teams to design tailored solutions Manage relationships with key technology vendors such as NVIDIA and Supermicro Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development or B2B sales Proven track record in Data Center, Cloud, AI, or IT infrastructure sales Experience with large-scale projects and tender processes Understanding of Data Center infrastructure (power, cooling, networking) Knowledge of AI / GPU infrastructure and HPC clusters Familiarity with cloud and hybrid solutions Basic understanding of Tier III / Tier IV standards Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent presentation and pitching abilities Ability to build and maintain high-level relationships Analytical thinking and market awareness Results-driven mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience working with global technology vendors Existing network within enterprise or government sectors Regional experience (CIS / MENA / Europe markets) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Revenue growth and achievement of sales targets Number of new clients acquired Value and scale of closed deals (MW / $) Sales pipeline and conversion rates Development of vendor partnerships To apply, please send your CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button. e-mail: sarabeyim.valiyeva@microtech.az
