Sea Breeze Resort for the “Nikki Beach” project is looking for Cooks-Commis (Cold /Hot / Grill / Pastry /Sushi) Job’s period: 3 months (seasonal) Key Responsibilities: Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times;  Prepare ingredients as instructed by senior chefs;  Accurately measure ingredients and control portion sizes;  Assist with deliveries, stock control, and proper stock rotation;  Ensure food is prepared and served according to established standards;  Support proper presentation, positioning, and cooking of dishes under supervision;  Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of kitchen equipment;  Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as assigned;  Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues;  Minimize waste and support efficient kitchen operations;  Ensure all mise en place is prepared to a high standard at all times.  Requirements: Ability to communicate in Azerbaijani and English;  Culinary certificate or completed secondary education (11 grades);  Additional culinary training or certifications are an advantage;  Ability to work effectively in a team environment;  Strong communication skills;  Availability to work 6 days per week (shift-based schedule);  Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.  Benefits: 1 day off per week;  Complimentary round-trip shuttle bus;  Shared tips and service charge;  Daily staff meals provided on-site;  Opportunity to work with an international hospitality brand.  How to Apply: Interested candidates are requested to: Submit their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
