Join the Nikki Beach Hospitality Group at Sea Breeze Resort! Location: Sea Breeze Baku Employment Type: Seasonal (3 months) Key Responsibilities: Deliver food and beverages to tables, beach beds, or cabanas promptly and accurately; Handle dishes, trays, and service ware with care and professionalism in line with brand standards; Collaborate closely with Chefs de Rang, kitchen staff, and hostesses to ensure smooth service flow; Verify orders for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before serving; Assist with table resetting, clearing dishes, refilling water, and general guest service; Maintain active presence in service areas and support team members as needed; Keep service stations and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and fully stocked; Follow all opening, service, and closing procedures; Adhere to hygiene, safety, and food handling standards; Report any service delays or issues to supervisors promptly; Maintain professional appearance, grooming, and behavior at all times; Participate in pre-shift briefings and stay updated on daily specials and events; Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment; Represent the brand with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Requirements: Previous experience in a high-volume hospitality or restaurant environment preferred; Strong organizational and time-management skills; Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure; Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented attitude; Passion for hospitality and high-quality service delivery; Basic knowledge of food and beverage presentation; Fluency in English is mandatory; Russian and Turkish are an advantage; Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
