Are you ready to lift up your career? We are seeking an AI Instructor to join our dynamic team! Job Summary: As an AI Instructor, you will play a key role in mentoring students throughout their learning journey, facilitating project-based learning, and supporting their technical and professional development. You will work closely with students on real AI projects, conduct technical mentoring sessions, and contribute to continuously improving our curriculum and learning experience. This is not a traditional lecturer position. Rather than delivering lectures, you will mentor students through hands-on, project-based learning while helping them build production-ready AI applications, intelligent agents, and real-world AI systems. Our Requirements: Technical Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Minimum 2 years of professional experience developing AI-powered applications or intelligent software systems; Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI development tools; Experience designing or developing AI Applications, AI Agents, Agentic AI workflows, or Multi-Agent Systems; Good understanding of Machine Learning and Data Science fundamentals; Strong Python programming skills; Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party AI services; Experience with Git and GitHub; Understanding of software architecture, APIs, and modern software development practices; Ability to work with technical documentation written in English; Contributions to Open Source AI projects are considered an advantage; Experience participating in AI hackathons or startup environments is considered an advantage. Core Competencies Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative, drive tasks independently, and ensure successful outcomes; Good written and verbal communication skills in both Azerbaijani and English; Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with previous experience supporting learners, junior engineers, or technical teams; Experience as an instructor, mentor, or coach in bootcamps or technical training programs is considered an advantage; Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities; Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and operational teams; Passion for continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and developing future AI professionals. Experience with one or more of the following technologies is considered an advantage (not all are required) Python OpenAI API Anthropic Claude Google Gemini Hugging Face LangChain LangGraph LlamaIndex CrewAI Microsoft AutoGen Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) AI Agents & Multi-Agent Systems Model Context Protocol (MCP) Prompt Engineering Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant or similar) FastAPI Docker Kubernetes PostgreSQL Redis Git & GitHub AWS, Azure, GCP or other cloud platforms AI Evaluation, Observability, and Monitoring tools Key Responsibilities: Mentor students throughout their learning journey and monitor their daily progress; Lead project-based learning activities focused on AI Application Development, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science; Supervise students building production-ready AI applications, intelligent agents, and multi-agent systems; Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, technical discussions, architecture reviews, code reviews, debugging sessions, and collaborative development activities; Guide students in designing, implementing, testing, evaluating, and deploying AI solutions using modern engineering practices; Conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions and prepare individual development plans; Track student performance, identify at-risk students, and provide additional academic and technical support when needed; Support students in technical interview preparation, AI portfolio reviews, GitHub project evaluations, and career readiness; Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of AI training materials, practical assignments, capstone projects, and curriculum content; Work closely with the Software Engineering and Operations teams to ensure high-quality programme delivery; Support the development of internal AI-powered solutions aligned with organizational needs; Participate in hackathons, workshops, AI events, and technical community initiatives; Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices, contributing to the continuous evolution of Peerstack Academy's AI programmes; Ensure all activities are aligned with Peerstack Academy's educational standards, teaching methodology, and core values.
