Project: Sea Breeze Health Valley (SBHV) Sea Breeze Resort is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Sea Breeze Health Valley (SBHV) project — a unique and ambitious development shaping the future of health, wellness, and lifestyle in the region. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on marketing professional who can lead brand development, communications, and promotional activities while delivering high-quality content and campaigns. Location: Nardaran, Azerbaijan Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of the overall marketing and communications strategy for SBHV Management Company; Shape and strengthen the brand identity and market positioning of the SBHV project; Translate the SBHV concept into clear, compelling, and high-quality messaging for diverse audiences; Manage PR and external communications, including media materials, announcements, and stakeholder-facing content; Oversee and produce high-quality copywriting for presentations, brochures, website, social media, newsletters, and press materials; Manage and support digital marketing activities across relevant channels; Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all communications; Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners on campaigns and marketing materials; Monitor market trends, audience behavior, and competitive positioning; Support the development of creative concepts and work effectively with designers and agencies; Build awareness, credibility, and engagement among partners, investors, residents, and the broader market. Candidate Profile: We are looking for a professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is comfortable working across multiple marketing disciplines. The ideal candidate should have: Proven experience in marketing, brand development, communications, or PR; Strong experience in digital marketing and promotion; Excellent copywriting and content creation skills; Ability to develop clear, persuasive, and professional materials for different audiences; Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and positioning; A well-developed sense of brand, messaging, and presentation quality; Ability to manage integrated marketing activities across PR, content, and creative functions; Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Good visual and creative judgment, with the ability to guide design processes; Experience in high-visibility or fast-paced projects is an advantage.
