Conditions: Location: Baku Salary: Negotiable Key Responsibilities: Procurement: Identify internal requirements including quantities, specifications, and timelines. Search for and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, lead time, and commercial terms. Negotiate and formalize contracts with suppliers, ensuring optimal terms and long-term cooperation. Manage purchase orders and delivery processes to ensure timely availability of materials. Assess supplier performance, including product quality and reliability, and propose improvement actions. Logistics (excluding transportation): Receive and inspect goods: verify quantity, quality, condition, and enter data into logistics systems. Prepare orders: picking, packing, and ensuring proper packaging standards. Manage returns (reverse logistics): support processes of repair, recycling, or restocking with focus on cost and time efficiency. Track and analyze logistics data: monitor stock levels and flows in real time, and propose improvements based on KPIs and reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree  3+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management.
