Key Responsibilities Monitor hotel operations to identify, assess and mitigate operational and business risks. Conduct regular Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and maintain risk registers and control matrices. Monitor KRIs, risk appetite, risk tolerance and control breaches, ensuring timely corrective actions. Analyze operational data, incidents and loss events to identify trends, control gaps and emerging risks. Manage the Incident Management System and internal loss database, including root cause analysis and follow-up actions. Develop risk reports, dashboards and management presentations. Review hotel processes, policies and procedures to identify risks and recommend appropriate controls. Monitor and follow up on risk mitigation and corrective action plans with risk owners. Support insurance and claims management processes related to operational incidents. Promote risk awareness and provide guidance to hotel departments on risk management practices. Participate in risk management, process improvement and cross-functional projects. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field. 4+ years of experience in Risk Management, Operational Risk, Internal Controls, Audit or a related field. Strong hands-on experience and knowledge of hotel operations is required. Experience in risk reporting, data analysis, root cause analysis and mitigation planning. FRM, PRM, CIA or other relevant certification is an advantage. Advanced MS Excel and strong MS Office skills.
