Financial Reporting & Analytics Specialist for Integrated Supply Chain - Carlsberg Azerbaijan

Role overview: We are looking for a Financial Reporting & Analytics Specialist within our Integrated Supply Chain team, who will turn financial and operational data into actionable insights that improve production and logistics performance, will support budgeting, forecasting and cost control, monitor key performance indicators, and evaluate savings opportunities and investment projects, working closely with operational teams and Finance to support informed business decisions. What You'll be doing: Support KPI development and monitor performance across Integrated Supply Chain; Prepare financial and operational analyses to identify opportunities for productivity improvement, cost savings and loss reduction; Support operating and investment budgets, forecasts and expenditure monitoring; Benchmark production and logistics performance across regional plants; Evaluate the financial feasibility of operational improvements and investment projects; Prepare regional reports, track savings in SIEVO and coordinate monthly performance reviews; Calculate logistics employee bonuses and maintain accurate records in the ERP system. What we’re looking for: University degree in Economics, Finance or a related field; At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, controlling or operational analytics; Understanding of manufacturing processes, operational cost drivers and performance analysis; Knowledge of Lean principles and approaches to improving efficiency and reducing losses Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate findings clearly; Experience in manufacturing or FMCG would be a strong advantage; Strong Excel skills and proficiency in relevant databases, ERP systems and reporting tools; Proficiency in Russian, both written and spoken, is mandatory , English is an advantage.
