Description: Monitor and control project costs, including cash flow, variation orders, and payments Review and evaluate contract variations, providing recommendations to the Project Manager Oversee interim payment certificates and ensure timely payments in line with contractual terms Support risk mitigation through claim prevention and dispute resolution strategies Analyze project correspondence and assess contractual and financial implications Manage project close-out activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements Prepare regular cost and cash flow reports to support informed decision-making Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts aligned with the project plan Apply industry best practices in cost control and drive continuous process improvement Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Minimum 4–5 years of relevant work experience Experience in at least 2 construction projects Strong knowledge of cost control and budgeting Experience in contract management and financial analysis Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) Azerbaijani language – fluent  Job Type - Temporary Interested candidates can apply by clicking the link provided in the "Apply" button.
