Location: Sumgait, Azerbaijan Work Schedule: Full-time Key Responsibilities Prepare employment contracts and manage contract amendments and termination processes. Prepare HR orders related to recruitment, position and salary changes, leave, and other employment matters. Maintain, update, and archive employee personnel files. Update employee personal information and employment status in the HR system. Monitor working hours, attendance, leave balances, and timesheet records. Prepare the necessary data for payroll processing and coordinate with the Accounting/Payroll team. Manage recruitment processes, including vacancy announcements, candidate screening, interview coordination, and communication with hiring managers. Coordinate the preparation and issuance of job offers and support the hiring process through to candidate onboarding. Support performance management activities, coordinate performance evaluations, monitor deadlines and assist with the preparation of performance review reports. Respond to employee requests for certificates, documents, and other HR-related matters. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and other HR operational activities. Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee information in the Electronic Information System of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population (EMAS) and other relevant systems. Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with internal procedures. Ensure compliance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the company's internal policies and regulations. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations/Recruitment. Excellent command of Azerbaijani and English; Russian language skills are an advantage. Knowledge of the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and employment administration processes. Proficiency in MS Office applications. High level of accuracy, responsibility, confidentiality, and analytical thinking. Strong communication and organizational skills. What We Offer Competitive salary.
