We are now looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Luxury Online Sales and Client Advisor to join our team and represent our brand at the highest level. Role Overview: As a Luxury Online Sales and Client Advisor, you will be the direct point of contact for our online clients — guiding them through their journey from initial inquiry to final delivery. You will provide personalized consultation, ensure exceptional service, and manage each order with precision and care. Key Responsibilities: Respond to client inquiries received via website and WhatsApp with prompt, professional communication Guide clients through collections, advise on product selection, sizing, and customization options Coordinate custom and made-to-measure orders with our atelier Maintain client communication throughout the production and delivery process Ensure a seamless, luxurious client experience from first contact to post-purchase follow-up Collaborate with internal teams (atelier, logistics, warehouse) to ensure timely order fulfillment Build long-term relationships with high-end clientele Maintain accurate records of orders, requests, and communications Requirements: Proven experience in luxury fashion sales or high-end client service (online or offline) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Russian or Arabic is a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Passion for fashion, style, and couture craftsmanship Ability to work independently and handle VIP clientele with discretion and professionalism What We Offer: Opportunity to represent a globally recognized couture brand Work with international clients and exclusive custom orders Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses Career growth opportunities in luxury fashion sales and client relations Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Salary: Fixed base salary of 1,500 AZN , with the opportunity to earn an average total monthly income of 3,000–4,000 AZN upon successfully meeting the established targets.
