Social Media & Content Specialist - Gym Management Company | Vakansiya

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to create engaging content, strengthen our social media presence, and support the growth of the GMC brand. Key Responsibilities Content & SMM Develop monthly social media content calendars aligned with business and marketing goals. Write and adapt content in Azerbaijani for posts, Stories, carousels, and campaigns. Manage Instagram publishing, profile optimization, and content consistency. Develop creative concepts and stay up to date with social media trends. Manage comments and DMs and support community engagement. Reels & Content Production Develop concepts, hooks, and scripts for Reels and short-form videos. Prepare creative briefs and shot lists for videographers/mobilographers. Attend shoots at gyms and events and coordinate on-site content execution. Direct talent/cast and ensure content is delivered according to the brief. Filming is not required. Influencer Marketing Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and content creators. Coordinate collaborations, including negotiations, briefs, approvals, and publication. Track and evaluate influencer campaign performance. Analytics & Reporting Track key social media KPIs, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance. Maintain performance trackers and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Use insights to recommend improvements to future content and campaigns. Requirements 2+ years of experience in SMM, content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills. Excellent written Azerbaijani; English and/or Russian is an advantage. Experience creating Reels concepts and scripts. Strong understanding of Instagram, Stories, Reels, and social media trends. Experience with influencers and content production teams. Basic knowledge of social media analytics. Strong organizational and communication skills. Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach. Willingness to attend shoots at gyms and events. Nice to Have Experience in fitness, wellness, sports, or lifestyle. Experience managing multiple brand accounts. Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, or CapCut. Existing network of local influencers and content creators. Basic knowledge of paid social media.
