Senior Specialist – Budgeting & Reporting - IRES | Vakansiya

About the role: Location: Baku, Azerbaijan Salary: 3482 AZN (gross) Key Responsibilities: Actively participate in the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports Conduct analytical analysis and provide strategic recommendations Provide methodological guidance to team members Prepare analytical reports for budget vs. actual analysis at the end of reporting periods Perform monthly cost analysis and monitor cost structures Support external audit processes, including preparation of explanations and required documentation Ensure IFRS-compliant adjustments based on monthly and annual financial results Participate in the company’s digital and financial transformation projects Ensure preparation of calculations, financial data, and supporting documents required by external auditors during year-end audit Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Proven experience in budgeting and financial reporting Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in financial and cost analysis Good knowledge of IFRS Strong analytical thinking and strategic mindset Ability to prepare reports and analyze data effectively Leadership skills and ability to guide team members Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) If you are interested, please send your CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
