Position Overview   The Architect is responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing detailed technical drawings, and coordinating design documentation to ensure alignment with client requirements, project specifications, and construction standards. The role involves preparing shop and as-built drawings, reviewing architectural documentation and BOQs, supporting tender processes, resolving design-related issues, and conducting site visits to verify compliance with the approved design throughout the project lifecycle.   Core Responsibilities   Develop detailed architectural drawings and design concepts in line with project requirements, design intent, and client expectations.   Prepare comprehensive shop drawings, including material specifications, dimensions, and all necessary technical details for construction and fit-out works.   Review architectural drawings, technical specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project requirements.   Coordinate with clients to understand their design vision, functional requirements, and preferences, ensuring proposed solutions meet project objectives.   Support tendering activities by reviewing architectural documentation, specifications, and BOQs, providing technical input, and contributing to proposal preparation.   Coordinate design elements with engineers, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure design consistency and resolve technical and architectural issues.   Identify gaps, discrepancies, and inconsistencies in project documentation and prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) to obtain timely clarification from clients, consultants, or internal stakeholders.   Ensure architectural drawings and design documentation comply with applicable building codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.   Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, verify alignment with approved drawings and design intent, and identify discrepancies requiring corrective action.   Coordinate with relevant project teams to address site-related design changes and ensure that approved modifications are properly reflected in project documentation.   Prepare and maintain accurate as-built drawings reflecting actual site conditions, approved changes, and final construction details.   Coordinate design documentation and technical information to support construction progress, quality requirements, and timely project delivery.   Requirements   Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related field.   Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, design coordination, or construction and fit-out projects.   Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).   Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software, particularly AutoCAD and/or Revit.   Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, technical drawings, and safety requirements relevant to interior fit-out projects.   Strong attention to detail, accuracy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.   Ability to develop practical, innovative, and functional design solutions in line with project requirements.   Fluency in Azerbaijani and a good command of English.   What We Offer   Medical insurance   Competitive salary   Professional development opportunities   Interested candidates can apply by filling out the form in the   Apply for job  button.
