Chief Storekeeper (Offshore) - IRES | Vakansiya

Location:  Offshore Construction Vessel We are currently looking for an experienced  Chief Storekeeper  to join an offshore construction project. Key Responsibilities: Manage warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, reservation and distribution of consumable materials and spare parts Ensure proper receiving and inspection of materials and equipment against relevant orders Identify and report any discrepancies or damage to received materials Maintain accurate stock records and update warehouse systems regarding incoming materials and purchase orders Coordinate and supervise the warehouse/storekeeping team and assign daily activities Organize materials efficiently based on available storage space and operational requirements Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials and equipment Coordinate preparation, packing and documentation of materials for shipment Support periodic inventories and slow-moving stock analysis Monitor material delivery deadlines and report supplier delays Maintain regular reporting to vessel management and relevant departments Ensure full compliance with Company HSEQ policies, procedures and standards Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Minimum  5 years of experience in a similar position within the Oil & Gas industry Previous offshore/project warehouse experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of material handling, lifting and storage methodologies Good understanding of stock management and warehouse operations Knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) systems and safe working practices Knowledge of electronic stock/data management systems Good MS Office skills Fluent  Azerbaijani and English Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills   Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
