Trade Marketing Specialist - Carlsberg Azerbaijan | Vakansiya

Role overview:  We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Trade Marketing Specialist who will plan and execute trade marketing activities, strengthen in-store brand visibility, and coordinate the placement and management of commercial equipment and point-of-sale materials (POSM). The role combines activity execution, budget tracking, performance analysis, and close collaboration with distributors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective use of trade marketing investments. What You'll be doing: Plan the trade marketing activity calendar and execute activities from launch to closure, including documentation, budget tracking, and post-activity evaluation; Develop and implement POSM support plans, coordinate commercial equipment placement, and conduct retail field audits with corrective action follow-up; Monitor equipment coverage and effectiveness, prepare monthly analytical reports, and calculate activity or equipment ROI to recommend improvements; Conduct annual and ad hoc equipment inventories, prepare inventory instructions and orders, reconcile results across systems, and complete supporting documents; Control daily entry of inventory numbers in CRM, maintain progress reports, and develop equipment labelling rules and coordinate tagging; Prepare distributor claims for equipment damage and coordinate timely write-offs of unserviceable equipment; Justify equipment purchases using warehouse stock, serviceability, and write-off data; prepare tender requests and coordinate supplier contracts; Assess equipment performance and technical specifications, review market offerings, and arrange sample testing when required; Consolidate outlet-level equipment distribution plans by distributor and coordinate warehouse shipments; Maintain financial, budget, and project reports, source accounting documents, and counterparty agreements; Prepare monthly discount programme reports, validate data, calculate compensation, and ensure timely closure of related compensations. What we’re looking for: Higher education (preferably in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or Management); Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing, preferably in FMCG in a similar role;  Skills: Strong analytical skills, results-oriented mindset attention to detail, and effective planning and prioritization; Deep understanding of the 4P marketing mix and sales channels; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF functions, and PivotTables) and Microsoft PowerPoint; Knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian, and upper-intermediate or higher English; Strong communication skills (ethics in business communication, negotiation and presentation, decision-making, objections handling, teamwork, drive for results, teaching skills and trainability).
